Presales Solutions Architect

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to join our Customer Growth organization at nShift. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Sales, Key Account Management, and Partner teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document solutions to ensure a high-quality handover to our Professional Services team.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with nShift's product portfolio and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions and a strong technical understanding. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
