Residential Care Home Leader

Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for a Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at one of our medium-sized residential care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, effectively managing staff, and promoting optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies.
Key Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a Residential Care Home setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding, and care plans
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification
- CQC registration
The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, with annual pay reviews.
