Children's Care Manager

Are you a passionate and compassionate leader looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Children's Care Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to vulnerable children and their families.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting, leadership, quality care, and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 2-bed children's residential home, leading a dedicated care team.
- Deliver exceptional care focused on children's safety, welfare, and development.
- Ensure adherence to Ofsted and CQC standards with up-to-date processes and records.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff, conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee budgets while maintaining high-quality care.
- Ensure staff are trained in safeguarding and sensitive issue management.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in children's residential care management, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare, and strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding, and compliance.
