Care Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our medium-sized residential care home in providing exceptional person-centred care services. Remedicare is a well-established care company that prioritizes care and compassion, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to maintain our high standards and promote quality care for all residents.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive an attractive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, with annual pay reviews. About the RoleThe Registered Care Home Manager will hold overall responsibility for the home, shared with the Deputy Manager. This role requires a strong knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding, and care plans. Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care services, effectively managing staff, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and promoting optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a Residential Care Home setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding, and care plans
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification
- CQC registration
- Ensure the provision of exceptional person-centred care services to residents while promoting their interests and understanding their needs
- Effectively manage staff, provide guidance and ongoing supervision, recruit and onboard new team members, and continually develop and encourage the team
- Maintain commercial control and work closely with the Customer Relations Team to ensure optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies
- Liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care is provided throughout
