Head of Marketing and Business Development

We are seeking a talented Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead our accreditation and benchmarking business.
Aligned with our business strategy, you will be responsible for devising and delivering a marketing strategy across multiple streams to drive revenue growth. This includes developing awareness and lead generation campaigns for our Awards and Rankings programs.
You will have extensive experience in B2B benchmarking and accreditation businesses, with a track record of revenue growth and team leadership. As a commercially-minded marketer, you will be responsible for measuring marketing success against annual targets and longer-term growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, including experience leading a marketing team, working with sales teams, and analysing data to inform marketing decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive revenue growth
- Leading a team of marketers to deliver awareness and lead generation campaigns
- Working closely with the Commercial and Renewals Directors to measure marketing success against annual targets
- Analysing data to inform marketing decisions and identify areas for improvement
Estimated salary: £72,500 - £82,000 per annum.
