We are seeking an experienced Head of European Market Development to join our team at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market development strategies across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement market development strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access strategies.
- Collaborate with Medical and HEOR teams to develop strategic HTA evidence base.
- University degree, MBA or PhD in science and/or economics preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing market development strategies.
- Strong understanding of market access trends and dynamics.
- A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Bonus structure tied to business performance.
