Diagnostics Sales Lead
This leading supplier of sophisticated medical diagnostics systems is seeking a technically motivated and customer-focused individual to lead their commercial strategy in the pathology laboratory diagnostics market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion;
- BUILDING TRUSTFUL RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to understand their needs and preferences;
- FOSTERING PARTNERSHIPS with customers to create value and deliver solutions that meet their needs;
- FOCUSING ON EXCELLENCE IN THE SALES CYCLE to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive repeat business;
To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the pathology laboratory diagnostics market;
- Experience in Managers Services / Pathology and Laboratory Services, with a proven track record in sales or market development in the healthcare industry;
- A strong commercial/sales background, with experience in negotiating commercial contracts and managing multiple third-party interactions to build solutions for customers;
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively, both on territory and occasionally when required;
Package:
- Basic Salary: Up To £80,000 per annum;
- Bonus: 12% of basic salary;
- Car Allowance: £8,500 per annum;
- Excellent Benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and other perks.
