EMEA Sales and Marketing Lead

We are a large international group, manufacturing and marketing a technically strong range of products that require detailed and innovative commercial leadership. Our company has ambitious plans for sales into the worldwide Gas Processing market, which will be realised through recent successful product development and a greater emphasis on direct market contact.
The successful appointee will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing function, ensuring product and service development is a key component of future growth. This will involve collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive forward commercial opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing direct and indirect sales, along with personal development and successful closure of new business opportunities. They will also demonstrate drive, tenacity, 'presence', and strong financial awareness coupled with exemplary communication and presentation skills.
