Job SummaryThis is a senior management position responsible for leading the planning function across multiple sites, working closely with the Land Director and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, experience in land planning, and a deep understanding of the housebuilding industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to drive business growth
- Lead a team of planning professionals to achieve project goals
- Maintain relationships with local authorities, developers, and other key stakeholders
- Analyse data to inform planning decisions and optimise resource allocation
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in land planning or a related field, preferably within the housebuilding industry

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
