Supporting Students with SEN in East London

RIBBONS AND REEVES is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newham, East London.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support, adapting their approach to meet individual needs and promoting social and emotional skills. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver engaging lessons and monitor student progress.
We anticipate that the salary for this role is approximately £24,500-£27,500 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for working with students with SEN, along with the communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
