The successful candidate will work closely with our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to provide tailored support to students across all age groups. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing behaviour management strategies, collaborating with teachers to ensure effective student progress, and leading interventions to address specific learning needs.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech and Language or a related field from a reputable UK university. Previous experience working with SEN children is essential, and strong communication skills are required to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
