We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to join a supportive Primary School in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology while making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Role Overview:
  • Full-time, term-time only position
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups with SEN students
  • Support academic progress and emotional development
  • Assist with behaviour management in class and around the school
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to implement personalised learning strategies

Essential Requirements:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Psychology from a leading UK university
  • Previous experience working with SEN children, ideally with Autism
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with SEN
  • Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
