About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK construction market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure new business opportunities within the construction sector, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company and generate new leads.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions, including negotiating terms and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, innovations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Manager, or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the UK construction market and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
• A results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction project management processes and tendering.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the need for travel to client meetings and sites.

Benefits:
• Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum.
• Car allowance: £420-£480 per month.
