Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Strategist to lead our paid media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly for retail and e-commerce clients. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within a digital agency.
- Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
