We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to become a vital part of our marketing and content division, assisting in the execution of various campaigns.
In this role, you will take charge of designing and launching marketing initiatives, crafting engaging content, and facilitating campaign efforts aimed at enhancing brand visibility, attracting new prospects, and boosting customer loyalty. Your contributions will be essential in executing creative and cohesive campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and additional channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
While you can work from various locations, it is preferable to be within a reasonable distance of our offices for team collaborations. We promote flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with a requirement to attend team meetings regularly. This is a full-time position, encompassing 35 hours per week.
This recruitment will be based on qualifications and experience.

Role OverviewEach day in this position will present new challenges as you engage in a variety of campaign-related tasks. You will assist in the creation and execution of campaigns that drive lead generation, enhance customer retention, and support the overall customer experience, while also working on initiatives to elevate brand recognition.
Your expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and other marketing channels will be crucial in increasing qualified leads. Collaborating closely with Marketing Managers, you will ensure effective messaging, timing, and execution of both ongoing and automated campaigns across various platforms.
Additionally, you will partner with the Content Manager to support campaign initiatives by developing and adapting content tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel. Strong copywriting skills are essential to resonate with the target audience.
You will leverage our marketing systems and processes to assess, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and content. A test-and-learn approach will be adopted, while you collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster positive business relationships throughout the organization.
About YouTo excel in this position, you should possess demonstrable experience in orchestrating and executing multiple marketing campaigns through marketing automation tools. Familiarity with integrated campaign management, including social media, content, and events, is essential.
A data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and natural problem-solving abilities are crucial for success. Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines, are required.
