Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Caselton Clark, a specialist recruitment agency for media, events, exhibitions, and conferences. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns for a full complement of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to target the right audience and drive commercial results.
  • Manage data research processes with key stakeholders to identify key levers and inform marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Leverage affiliate marketing through speakers, sponsors, media partners, and associations to expand our network and reach.
  • Implement and manage social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our events.
  • Manage marketing budgets autonomously, with guidance from your manager, to ensure effective allocation and ROI.
  • Attend weekly project team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in conferences or exhibitions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with guidance from your manager, to fulfill marketing plans and meet objectives.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging external marketing communications.
  • Basic data analysis skills to inform marketing campaign direction and optimize results.
  • Passion for driving commercial results through marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or Google Analytics is desired but not required.
