Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored strategies for each social media channel to ensure maximum engagement and reach across diverse audiences.
- Work closely with social media content producers across various departments to guide the creation of engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Oversee both paid and organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our social media presence.
- Monitor performance metrics and integrate relevant findings into our strategy.
- Manage social media tools such as Hootsuite, streamlining content scheduling, publishing, and reporting, while training colleagues on effective tool usage.
- Set up and monitor social media listening topics, offering valuable insights on public conversations about DMU and identifying opportunities or issues that require attention.
- Identify ways to enhance social media workflows and develop best practices for management across the university.
