Student Behaviour Specialist

LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Student Behaviour Specialist to join their team at one of their excellent alternative provisions in Chesterfield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making a positive impact on students' education and giving them every chance to build a successful future. The salary for this role is £99,250 per annum, which is competitive for the location.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual who is passionate about education and behaviour support. As a Student Behaviour Specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing targeted support to students with challenging behaviour
- Developing and implementing behaviour plans to promote positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to achieve student outcomes
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with challenging behaviour and a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. A degree in a relevant field such as psychology or education would be advantageous.
