Lead Behaviour Support Specialist

Foster a positive learning environment and provide crucial support to students facing behavioural challenges.
About the Role- Support students in overcoming behavioural difficulties, promoting engagement with the curriculum and developing coping strategies.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a secure and supportive atmosphere.
- Foster emotional guidance to build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem in students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic student development.
Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role working with students facing behavioural challenges. A strong sense of empathy, patience, and dedication to helping students overcome emotional and social barriers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in behaviour management is advantageous, but not essential.
A competitive daily rate of £86-£100, immediate start, and access to professional development opportunities.
This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with all successful applicants required to complete an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for a new one.
