Behaviour Support Assistant

Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Chesterfield.
About the RoleWe require an individual who can assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing additional support to students with SEMH needs. This role involves working closely with the teaching team to help students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons to students with SEMH needs.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive student outcomes.
