About the Role: As a Behavioural Development Coordinator at LTF Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting students in managing their behaviour and emotional well-being. You will implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement, working closely with teaching staff to monitor student progress. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' education in an alternative provision in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver behaviour management programmes
• Support students in developing positive relationships with peers and staff
• Collaborate with teachers to identify and address areas of concern

Requirements:
• Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum.
