Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate educator to join our team at Academics Ltd in Chesterfield. As an Alternative Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs of SEMH students.
  • To create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages social growth and emotional development.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
About the Role

This is a temporary to permanent position, working term-time hours from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based in Chesterfield and will be responsible for creating personalized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of SEMH students.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company values employee well-being and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
