Theatre Practitioners for Patient-Centric Care

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team providing patient-centric care and theatre services. The successful candidate will have previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred but not essential.
Main Tasks- Preoperative assessment and diagnostics testing to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Theatre scrub duties in accordance with AfPP guidelines to maintain high standards of care.
We are a leading healthcare provider working closely with the NHS to increase patient choice and provide better access to ophthalmology and gastroenterology care. Our nationwide network includes over 25 community hospitals and clinics, offering patients a range of essential procedures and supporting them in achieving the best possible clinical outcomes.
Key Requirements- Previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred.
- Relevant professional development, preferably certified and clinically relevant.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Proficient in PC use, including software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering first-rate patient safety and care.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
