We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at NHS.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team committed to delivering high-quality patient care and developing outstanding services.

The post holder will be expected to deliver a high standard of patient care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in general practice, using advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base.

The team facilitates ongoing continuing professional development, offering structured education sessions and regular clinical supervision sessions with GP mentor. This is built into the rota.

You will attend patients with urgent medical problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a high standard of patient care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • Using advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base
  • Attending patients with urgent medical problems

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
