Care Home Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our 80-bedded modern purpose-built nursing home in Blackburn, Lancashire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents living with dementia and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect within our team.
Requirements:
- Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN/RMN).
- Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
- Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
