Theatre Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team, providing patient-centric care and theatre services. The successful candidate will have previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred but not essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering patient-focused care throughout entire pathways from pre-admission to post-operative management.
  • Conducting preoperative assessments, diagnostics testing, and theatre scrubs in line with AfPP guidelines.
About the NHS Partnership

We work closely with the NHS to provide patients with access to timely, locally-based ophthalmology and gastroenterology care. Our nationwide portfolio includes over 25 community hospitals and clinics, offering patients a choice of essential procedures and helping them achieve the best possible clinical outcomes.

Requirements
  • Previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred but not essential.
  • Evidence of relevant professional development, preferably certified and clinically relevant.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
  • Proficient in PC use, including software and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering first-rate patient safety and care.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
