NHS Theatre Staff with Ophthalmic Scrub Experience

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team, providing patient-centric care and theatre services. The successful candidate will have previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering patient-focused care throughout entire pathways from pre-admission to post-operative management.
- Conducting preoperative assessments, diagnostics testing, and theatre scrubs in line with AfPP guidelines.
We work closely with the NHS to provide patients with access to timely, locally-based ophthalmology and gastroenterology care. Our nationwide portfolio includes over 25 community hospitals and clinics, offering patients a choice of essential procedures and helping them achieve the best possible clinical outcomes.
Requirements- Previous theatre experience, with ophthalmic scrub experience preferred but not essential.
- Evidence of relevant professional development, preferably certified and clinically relevant.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Proficient in PC use, including software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering first-rate patient safety and care.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
