As an Administration Assistant within our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme, you will play a vital role in supporting CFO Evolution Support Workers in Community Activity Hubs.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless access to hub facilities, and resolving any issues promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating referrals, and handling administrative tasks such as diary management and petty cash administration.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, good IT skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with participants, colleagues, and external organizations. **Key Responsibilities:*

  • Act as the single point of contact for participants, ensuring welcoming, friendly, and supportive interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve access issues promptly to minimize participant dissatisfaction and downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant referrals and interactions on systems like CATs+ and manual paperwork.
  • Coordinate incoming referrals, manage petty cash, and process payments efficiently.
  • Minute taking, workshop monitoring, and other duties as directed by the Hub Manager and Team Lead.

**About You:**

  • Experience working in environments with diverse participant needs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and IT skills are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Flexible approach to work, including occasional unsociable hours.

**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
