Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Accounts team, including processing jobsheets, resolving interpreter queries, and performing general administration duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Jobsheets
  • Investigate and resolve interpreter queries in a professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries in a professional manner
  • Perform general administration duties of the finance department
  • Answer calls
  • Assist with Credit Control

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel, Outlook skills)
  • Strong IT and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and interpreters
