We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to fill the position of Legal Secretary, supporting the day-to-day activities of our law firm in the region.
The Job Description:
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence with precision and accuracy, utilising Microsoft Office.
- Handle telephone queries and manage diary schedules, maintaining effective communication and organisation.
- Support fee earners with associated administration duties, contributing to the success of the business.
- Collaborate with other departments as required, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
The Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Possess a strong phone manner, providing a professional image at all times.
- Show attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of their work, upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Exhibit strong organisational and time-management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
Benefits and Remuneration:
