Administrative Finance Position

We are currently looking for an Administrative Finance Professional to join our team in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, including handling customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Job Description:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and emails related to accounts receivable and credit control, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support and Resolution: Assist with customer enquiries and provide support in resolving billing issues.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and organise physical and digital records of customer accounts and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative and customer service role, preferably within a finance or accounts receivable department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new systems, portals, and software.

Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum
