Job Description
- Assist the Head and staff with administrative functions, ensuring the efficient running of the school.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional image of the school.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of pupils.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Location and Duration
This part-time position will be based at the small village primary school, offering 20 hours of work across 4 or 5 days. The role is expected to last until April 2025, providing a stable and secure opportunity for the right candidate.
