Salesforce Functional Lead

About the Role:
Civica UK Ltd is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Lead to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud functionalities, as well as exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Facilitate and lead functional workshops with business users to elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
- Salesforce Configuration: Design and configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud applications to meet business requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Solution Design: Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead with at least five years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce configuration tools and APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange applications.
- Understanding of integration with other systems.
