Regional Sales Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Office Manager to drive sales within regional Contractors and House Builders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the regional sales office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Internal Sales staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors and house builders.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
