Job Description

You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of Internal Sales staff to drive sales within regional Contractors and House Builders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors and house builders.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
