About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced individual to lead our National Bid Services, driving business growth and influencing market positioning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of winning proposals and pitches.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with bids and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar strategic bid leadership role within the construction industry or related sector.
  • Strong understanding of resource/time management platforms, organisational and analytical abilities.
  • APMP certification.

The estimated salary for this role is £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
