Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - New Homes

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for new homes and a proven track record in sales?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes and developments to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling new homes and developments to potential buyers
  • Managing a database of prospects and tracking sales and marketing activity
  • Identifying areas for growth and reporting progress to the Head of Sales
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in new homes or property sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
