Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our luxury retail store in [location]. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention to maintain high store standards

  • Proven retail management experience in luxury fashion or a related industry
  • Experience leading and developing a large team
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong clientele background, with a solid database of personal contacts and clients
  • Fearless approach to overcoming challenges and driving results
  • Innovative and able to think without limits to create unique in-store experiences
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt to the changing demands of the fashion industry
