Concessions Store Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our Mamas & Papas team at NEXT in Preston. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 8 and driving sales growth in our concession store.
About the Role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Manage the concession store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
- Collaborate with the wider Mamas & Papas team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
