Concession Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our Mamas & Papas team at NEXT in Preston. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 8 and driving sales growth in our concession store.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 8 and inspire them to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  • Manage the concession store's operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the wider Mamas & Papas team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
