Concession Store Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our dedicated team of 8 at our Mamas & Papas concession store in NEXT at Preston. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in inspiring, developing, and leading teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of 8 to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the concession store team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays.
