Executive Director, Corporate Sales

We are working with a leading financial services company based in the Northwest who have been recognized for their exceptional growth and market leadership.
Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their dynamic team in their busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and deliver the corporate sales process for a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Manage clients from instruction to deal completion, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To devise and implement strategic action plans for the sale of client businesses, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- To identify, research, and generate new buyers, expanding the company's network and database of contacts.
- To build and maintain a strong network of contacts using a variety of media and channels, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
- To win new business opportunities, leveraging sales expertise and market knowledge.
- To ensure that individual key performance indicators and business plans are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the company's profitability and growth.
- To support team members using motivation, inspiring, and coaching techniques, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- To contribute towards the strategy and development of the company, providing insights and expertise to inform business decisions.
- To provide management reports and present them to the leadership team as requested, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- To develop key relationships with clients and groups in the company's target markets and network, driving business growth and expansion.
- To provide sector and business training to the operations team and associate directors, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Person Specification:
- Suitable for someone with a sales background, particularly in commercial sales or estate agency.
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
- Previous experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success.
- A leader who can motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations, driving business results and growth.
