Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with major customers in the London and southeast region.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of premium solid surface quartz and stone worktops. Our products are sold into kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators. We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to 30% of salary, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and explore expansion into new markets

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the kitchen manufacturing and construction industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
