Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Crooton Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will have senior-level care experience, with a proven track record of leading and supervising others. You will also possess a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Senior-level care experience
- Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Willingness to undertake assessor qualification
