We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Roxwell Talent in central London.

The successful candidate will have key responsibilities including:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices each month, adhering to established procedures, and communicating effectively with clients;
  • Ensuring timely debt collection of invoices, in accordance with our credit control procedure;
  • Resolving client queries promptly, escalating issues as necessary to fee earners, revenue controllers, or management;
  • Maintaining accurate records related to unpaid invoices, feeding back relevant information to partners and fee-earners;
  • Supporting revenue controllers and providing regular updates to the revenue coordinator and head of revenue team on all issues and concerns.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one to two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • A-level standard or equivalent education, with a desire to pursue further qualifications, such as AAT;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues;
  • A strong team player with a commitment to customer service excellence, able to follow instructions while also questioning them when unsure;
  • A clear track record of delivering high-quality work with attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Desirable but not essential: experience working with legal systems.
