Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging role in financial operations? Totum Partners, a distinguished law firm based in London, is currently recruiting for a Revenue Controller to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue control, billing, and credit management. They will be responsible for managing WIP, billing, and cash collection budgets and targets, as well as fostering positive relationships with partners, fee earners, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with partners and lawyers to manage their billing and credit control requirements.
  • Monitor billing and cash collection budgets and targets, as well as WIP balances.
  • Process bills using the Elite 3E billing workflow and ensure that Elite 3E collections is updated with the latest comments.
  • Agree with partners on timescales for converting WIP into bills for forecasting purposes.
  • Prepare debt reporting statements and liaise with the operations team on cheques and bank transfers.
  • Help manage and reduce the firm's lock-up to agreed levels.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Attend billing and credit control meetings.

About the Role:

What We Offer:

Our client offers an excellent salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, making this opportunity even more appealing.
