Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to provide a proactive, strategic, effective, and professional HR service to stakeholders at our King's Lynn site. As an HR Business Partner, you will champion group policies, procedures, and initiatives, supporting the site people plan and ensuring all people initiatives are implemented, including PDRs, 360 feedback, the 9 Box grid, and engagement surveys.
Key responsibilities include providing first-class advice on complex employee relations matters, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving successful outcomes while ensuring statutory legislation compliance. You will also be responsible for advising on attendance and be involved in audits to ensure all people elements are compliant.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of employee engagement activities, linked to our DE&I and wellbeing roadmap, and support the creation of community and early career plans, working with external stakeholders to make our site an employer of choice.
The central recruitment team will lead on attraction activity, and you will be responsible for advising on succession planning.
