Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Outsource Uk Ltd in Burton-upon-Trent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to all employees, including support for trade union engagement, absence management, recruitment, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Main Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver High-Quality HR Service: Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including trade union engagement and absence management.
  2. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and implement effective absence management strategies to minimize absenteeism and optimize productivity.
  3. Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Generate Reports and Statistics: Produce accurate and timely reports on HR-related metrics, such as employee turnover and time-to-hire.
  5. Collaborate with Payroll Team: Work closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless processing of employee payments.
  6. Design Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction and experience.
