Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Professional to join our team at Wade Macdonald. Based in the heart of the City of London, this role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£48,000 and a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for 2 days of remote work from home.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment law and be able to provide proactive and commercial HR advice and guidance to the business, supporting the delivery of our overall business strategy.

  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Resourcing team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.
  • Your responsibilities will include establishing trusted relationships across the business, leading on complex employee relations cases, and providing support to the wider HR Senior Team as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and current thinking and developments in HR. A CIPD L5 qualification or equivalent relevant professional certification is also essential.
