Frazer Jones seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage organisational change and transformation projects.
The role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving D&I initiatives, and leading organisational design and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Manage all HR needs for designated business groups, including recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with external partners to drive D&I initiatives and analyse D&I metrics.
Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
