Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced building surveyors to join our Trustee body overseeing the long-term sustainability of The Methodist Central Hall Westminster.

About the Role

As a Building Surveyor Trustee, you will work collaboratively with other trustees to bring your expertise and experience in surveying listed buildings. You will provide support and guidance to ensure the continued sustainability of this iconic building.

Responsibilities

  • Bring your professional experience in surveying listed buildings to contribute to the success of the Trustee body
  • Work collaboratively with other trustees to make informed decisions
  • Provide expert advice and support on matters related to listed buildings
  • Foster a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusivity within the Trustee body

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a building surveyor, preferably in a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in surveying listed buildings
  • An understanding of the importance of preserving historical buildings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
